For over 30 years I have prided myself in understanding the technology, not just the job specifications. I attend trade fairs and conventions, attend educational classes and seminars, and belong to several technical user groups to maintain a solid understanding of technologies, tools, and platforms. I believe that this knowledge gives us the ability to make good decisions regarding suitability for a position, and understanding where a candidate's skills start and stop.  I don't match buzzwords!"
