History
Nu-Way Search, Inc was founded in 1993 by Steve Riess after spending 19 years with Business Management Personnel (BMP) in I/T staffing and customer account management. Steve was not only the top biller for BMP, but also the top producer of company clients, creating many long term relationships with some of the best known companies in the Chicago area. Back then, PC’s were just becoming part of the office workspace, and Steve recognized the value and impact this could have on servicing their clients. The BMP management team disagreed, so Steve left in early 1993 and formed Nu-Way search with one PC, and the database and client management tools that were then “best of breed”, and the business philosophy of continuous improvement of our knowledge and services.
Since then, Nu-Way Search, Inc. has grown to be a predominant force in the I/T staffing industry and has invited other professionals with the same business ethics and philosophies to join the Nu-Way team.
Today, Nu-Way continues to utilize technology as a competitive tool, and utilizes SQL Server 2005 to manage a database of 140,000 candidates we’ve interviewed over the years, client communications tools, and complex client information including organizational charts, technology of their environments, published financial information, and detailed business and product information.
