Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive personnel file system ensuring all state and federal regulations are strictly adhered to.  Perform all aspects of company accounting including bank reconciliation, billing, invoicing, payroll and collections as necessary.   Prepare required financial reports such as budgeting and cash flow forecasting.   Prepares monthly 941 tax deposits as well as bi-weekly Illinois withholding returns.  Prepares both partial and final waivers as needed for various title companies.

Designed and maintained company website.  Entered all billings into QuickBooks Pro accounting system and determined when bills should be paid in order to maintain good standing with vendors.  Paid bills on a weekly basis providing an organized system which ensured bills were correctly entered and paid on a timely basis.  Performed these services on a very part-time basis of about 2 hours per week.
